Stoopid released last Friday, went straight to number 1 on trending this weekend. Rapper 6ix9ine with his typically weird dress sense and music which involves mostly shouting is quite the hit with the younger generation, including myself. Although, I was disappointed with his recent song drop and music video as in my opinion has been taken too far, and is far to "stooped" to enjoy which is the reason for my low rating.

The introduction at the start involved 6ix9ine driving down a desert on a quad bike, meanwhile the record company are introducing themselves in a regular toned voice, promoting their company. This sets the video of to a bad start making it appear cheap and rushed. The rapper then begins to sing and curse which comes across very violently.

Lastly, i do believe to some extent that the video does achieve what it maybe set out todo, and the colourful fun scenes match the artists personality and the song title but this doesn't hide the fact that i strongly disliked the video. The mise-en-scene was just too predictable and unoriginal, as he tends to follow other rappers with the same locations and antics which have been seen many times before.

Isabella Isabella, is set to hit the big screen in summer 2019. I'm looking forwards to this film because it is horror and being my favourite genre this really wets my appetite. The trailers shows the film as a typical jump scare horror, with hauntings and possessions, which in my opinion a film like this hasn't been released in a while, adding to my excitement.

The Joker The denotation of the Joker creates the image of a psychopath with an extravagant image. The Joker uses his extreme appearance and behavior to defy typical representations such as social and economic class, age and sexuality. His face paint, green hair and unusual costumes disturbs viewers by confusing them while creating a sense of mystery because he's such a complex character but meanwhile being so present and simple to understand. His villainous character plays on what he believes to be social righteousness when in fact his judgement is clouded by his sinister experiences and criminal objectives. The way he behaves is supported by the music used; eerie melodies with dark sound effects pair up with every scene that he is in, contributing to his villainous motives.
