Isabella Isabella, is set to hit the big screen in summer 2019. I'm looking forwards to this film because it is horror and being my favourite genre this really wets my appetite. The trailers shows the film as a typical jump scare horror, with hauntings and possessions, which in my opinion a film like this hasn't been released in a while, adding to my excitement.

Peaky Blinder Season 5 Peaky Blinders season 5 is set to hit the TV screens in summer 2019. Being my favourite TV series of all time I obviously cannot wait for the reveal. The main actor behind the series Cillian Murphy, is is a major reason behind my excitement for the new season, due to his incredible good looks accompanied by the Brummie accent that he does so well. 

Game of Thrones series 8 27 days 13 hours and 27 minutes, until episode 1 of series 8 is launched. I am beyond excited for this series, as it is the last, and believe it will undoubtably be the best yet.  Will the white walkers be defeated and the Iron throne reclaimed by the dragon Queen and my biggest anticipation... will John Snow get together with Daenery's?  This series is full of action and mystery, with so many different outcomes which could happen. These have only been heightened by there dramatic teaser trailer released 2 weeks ago. 

Analyse the conventions that define the films genre (10 marks). Isn’t it Romantic a Netflix original film, presents itself accordingly to the conventions of a typical romantic comedy. The opening scene of the movie trailer is introduced by the very well known song “Oh Pretty Women”, which instantly grips the target audience’s attention, which is women , making it the perfect song choice for the opening scene . The mise-en-scene , demonstrated by a long shot of the living room contrasts different shades of pinks and reds, which represents the genre well, as red connotes to love and romance, which plays a strong role in this films genre . Furthermore, the colour scheme develops a sense of happiness, suggesting that the film is be full of positivity .
